The driveway is long and flat providing excellent boat and car parking. Lake Tyers Beach House boasts a large and sunny, open plan living area with a flat-screen TV and a DVD player as well as a fully equipped kitchen with a microwave, stove top, oven, dishwasher and a full-sized refrigerator. 1 bathroom has a bath and a separate shower and the other has just a shower. The house is heated and cooled by a split system air-conditioner. A washing machine, tumble dryer and a gas BBQ are provided.
