The Kaiserhof is a traditional guesthouse with a nostalgic ambience, offering traditionally furnished, en-suite rooms. Guests of Pension Kaiserhof can use the spa area with indoor and outdoor pools and the tennis courts at the nearby Hotel Raxalpenhof at an additional cost. The Zirbenstube restaurant is also located there. The Semmering and Stuhleck Ski Areas are about a 20-minute drive away from Land-Pension Kaiserhof. Prein features a natural toboggan run.
